Stories (IG/FB)LearningHighest immediate priority

  1. Create and schedule posts for all six social media clients on their individual cadences
  2. Write captions in each client’s voice — refer to client-specific docs when built
  3. Use AI for first-draft copy, hashtags, and content ideation — always edit before posting
  4. Grow into Stories: publish consistently, use interactive features (polls, questions, countdowns)
  5. Learn and begin posting on LinkedIn and Google Business Profile as cadence allows

  • Friendly, personable energy — good instincts for relatable content
  • Consistent execution when given clear direction
  • Willing to learn and take feedback
  • AI usage — currently only uses AI for copy generation. Needs to expand into content planning, repurposing, and workflow automation
  • Stories — underutilized; needs to become a consistent habit
  • LinkedIn — brand new; needs tone coaching for professional platform norms
  • Google Business Profile — brand new; needs to learn weekly post rhythm and photo standards
  • Strategic thinking — currently executes tasks but doesn’t yet think proactively about what a client needs next

When building Michele’s AI agent, it should:

  • Know all six clients by name, niche, and voice
  • Have access to each client’s brand guidelines and posting cadence
  • Be able to generate first-draft captions, Stories ideas, and monthly content calendars
  • Guide her on LinkedIn tone vs. Instagram tone
  • Help her self-QA posts against the “Don’t Be Boring” standard before publishing
  • Flag if a client hasn’t posted in X days

Her agent should feel like a smart senior social media strategist she can ask anything — the seniority and strategic thinking she currently lacks.

  • Michele found the role through a neighbor connection (met at the pool in summer 2024)
  • Started as an unpaid intern, then state-funded intern, now paid
  • Has a lot of goodwill and loyalty — nurture that
  • She is capable of more with better systems and guidance
  • Do not give her access to the master wiki — her agent will be her interface
